Do you offer Custom Kits?

Are Joy Kits just for kids?

NO! All of our products are designed to bring joy to EVERYONE- kids, grown-ups, neurodiverse people, and everyone in between! These kits are best suited for people ages 3 and up though!

What’s the difference between the themed kits and Classic Joy Kits?

Our color-themed Classic Joy Kits (like Red, Green, or Blue) are packed with coordinating items, while our specialty kits (like Unicorn and Dinosaur) add a playful twist! Seasonal kits — like Halloween or Christmas — bring extra festive fun.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are usually packed within a week after placing them. If you're local, you should have your order delivered or picked up shortly after its put together! If you're further away and your order is being shipped, your order should arrive in 4-7 business days after your order has been put together. You’ll receive a tracking number once your Joy Kit is on its way!

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Due to the sensory nature of our products, we’re unable to accept returns. However, if there’s any issue with your order, please contact us — we always want our customers to feel the joy in every experience. 💛
